Prof. Dr Thoko Kaime is professor of law and holds the Chair of African Legal Studies at the University of Bayreuth.

Isabelle Zundel is a doctoral researcher at the Chair for African Legal Studies at the University of Bayreuth and Manager of the Tanzanian-German Centre for Eastern African Legal Studies (TGCL).

Merlin Mitschker
Manager and editor of the blog

Merlin Mitschker is manager and editor of the blog. He holds a Maîtrise en droit international of the Université de Bordeaux. He works at the Chair of African Legal Studies and at the Institute of African Studies Bayreuth. He is currently finishing his German State Law Examination.

Dr Collins C. Ajibo

Dr Collins Chikodili Ajibo, a solicitor and advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, holds a PhD and an LLM from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He is a Georg Forster Research Fellow awarded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He currently is being hosted by the Chair of African Legal Studies, Faculty of Law, Business and Economics, University of Bayreuth, Germany. He has published extensively on the intersection that underpins human rights, sustainable development and international economic law.
