Ms. Rosette UMUTONIWASE is an Advocate of the High Court of Rwanda and Lecturer at the East African University of Rwanda (EAUR). She holds an LL.M. in Regional Integration and EAC Law from the University of Dar es Salaam (TGCL), a Law degree from the University of Kigali, and a degree in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Rwanda.
